Yoga at Work


I sit all day long. This is hands down the worst part of my job. If you are so lucky as to have a job that you get to move during the day, I truly envy you. But if you’re like me and somewhat stuck to a chair all day, you understand the struggle. I have been trying to find a few minutes here and there to do a little yoga in my office. If you share an office with others or are in a cubicle, I imagine this is more difficult (or maybe just more bizarre to others) so you might have to get more creative to find some time to yourself to get a little yoga in. I find it really invigorates me and helps me to wake up a bit so I’m not falling asleep in session (as that is generally frowned upon). Here’s a few ideas for sequences you might use:
