Sarah graduated from Northern Illinois University, magna cum laude, with a BFA in psychology. She is currently pursuing her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. Some of her clinical interests include: depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. She works with adults and adolescents ages 13 and up. She practices using an integrative form of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT) through a person-centered lens that is flexible for each unique client. She also utilizes creative writing and art in treatment. She volunteers with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), speaking to high schoolers about the importance of importance of mental health.
