Talk therapy uses various questions and therapeutic techniques to help uncover what isn’t working for you. Depression, anxiety, trauma, self-injury, and LGBTQ exploration are some of the challenges addressed. The targets include alleviating symptoms, understanding the underlying personality dynamics which create symptoms, changing the dysfunctional behaviors which are the result of these disorders.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or Tapping, is a simple and effective self-help method. It involves tapping acupuncture points on the hands, face, and body while focusing on negative, stuck emotions like fear, guilt, or anger. This process can help release emotional blockages, often leading to immediate relief such as feeling lighter, calmer, and breathing more easily.
