What we offer

Talk therapy uses various questions and therapeutic techniques to help uncover what isn’t working for you. Depression, anxiety, trauma, self-injury, and LGBTQ exploration are some of the challenges addressed. The targets include alleviating symptoms, understanding the underlying personality dynamics which create symptoms, changing the dysfunctional behaviors which are the result of these disorders.

Coaching assists with making decisions about which changes you would like to make, developing a personal "action plan" in order to make those changes, empowering you to make the behavioral changes, and to develop strategies to maintain those changes.

Access Bars

Access Bars are 32 points on the head where you have stored all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, considerations, emotions and attitudes that you thought were important. When you have your Bars run, you get to lay back, relax, and allow these 32 points on your head to be touched in various patterns.

Access Bars

I facilitate monthly Access Bars, Energetic Facelift and other classes on different topics. If you would like more ease, joy and glory, check them out!
