We’ve all been there. We keep trying to have it “all together” but somehow we keep getting stuck on past experiences or we get so far ahead of ourselves that we have trouble slowing down in the present moment and hence, we end up stuck.
As a Professional Life Coach, I join with you to come back to the present moment, identify your greatest strengths, and help you to make positive, lasting changes so that you can flourish in every aspect of your life. As your life coach, it’s my goal to help you find balance in life.
Rooted in Positive Psychology theory, Journey to Present Coaching is a system I have created to facilitate an increase in positive emotion, build self-esteem and self-confidence, and increase self-worth and resilience.
