I am currently in-network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, United Healthcare PPO, and Cigna PPO. If you have a different insurance provider and choose to pay out of pocket, I can provide a receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
