For over 28 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with their inner strength as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
Along my professional and personal growth journey, I began expanding my services beyond traditional talk therapy. While my work is rooted in psychology and trauma-informed care, I found myself drawn to incorporating strategies such as spirituality, energy healing, and Earth-based practices to support true healing in honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
