Some experiences are difficult to explain through conversation alone. Dreams, recurring images, colors, myths, family stories, spiritual beliefs, and the objects we collect often carry emotional meaning before we fully understand why.
This group invites participants to slow down, create art, and become curious about the personal symbols that emerge. Rather than searching for a single “correct” interpretation, we’ll explore how symbols can deepen self-awareness, expand emotional insight, and support healing.
